Hey- at least you have friends! :) remember, you are in a moment, just wait for it to pass. It’s okay to feel low, just remember that it does not control you. Focus on what builds you up, seriously… you don’t need any negativity, especially if you are hard in yourself.. ideas: declutter your space, watch movies about inspirational people who have overcome hardships. Everything leaves a vibration- Find yourself, explore and focus on the good. What are a few things that make you smile, even the slightest bit??? It can be stupid, just anything… Just take small steps towards positive thinking & balance, you CAN shape your life according to what makes you feel better .. all in good time. ✨✨💕

Your friends are not better without you. Your friends look to you as a part of themselves in the way you relate, and the way you view and respond to the world. This world is tough but it is beautiful when you find people that resonate with and respond to it in the same way as you. I've been close to leaving the living, and I find it hard to forgive myself for the potential pain I almost left those closest to me with (for me it's my dog and my little brother). Trust me, your friends likely don't know the anxiety you face before you finally fall asleep and that's because they simply understand and believe that you love them as they love you.

I don't know if you're immune to guilting yourself with, "If I die, they'll have to live with that tormenting them forever." If you are, let me tell you something. My uncle killed himself in 2016. Suicidal ideation and mental illness are common in my family. I have attempted many times myself and I have felt the same way as you. Believe me when I say, you must keep fighting. Tomorrow you will think back on today and be grateful that you're a fighter. You might think nobody wants you around but what do you think those friends would say to you if you told them exactly what you just shared? You don't know me but I understand the dark places our minds put us in. We get addicted to the things that keep us from those dark places and then we end up in darker places. But remember this, it is NOT impossible to crawl back to the light. I promise you it's not impossible. I still hurt over the loss of my uncle. He thought nobody loved him and he broke my heart because I did love him; I loved him like a brother. Please, please don't go. I know you're suffering but everyone has fight, even when you think there's no more fight in you. I know you can fight!
here’s the problem: they would be traumatized by your death. So you’re stuck here for the time being
Please call the suicide hotline at 988, your friends/family/that one person at the store who saw you will miss you
I promise the world is a better place with you in it <<<<3
