Living with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis for 60 Years

I’m so sorry you are dealing with this. I’ve had JRA since I was 12. I’m 36. Clearly I don’t know your medical history. Have you tried dietary protocols? Diet greatly helps, in conjunction with pharmaceuticals for me. I have periods of remission. Flares have been triggered by post pregnancy and lapses in stringent dietary protocols. I realize you have battled this for so long, I hope my words don’t come off as disrespectful. Again, I have no idea what you have tried to help ease discomfort. Everyone’s body is different and what works for some won’t work for others. I know this.

I've been dealing with RA for almost 15 years and it's hard. I can't imagine living with it for 60 years. I'm sure that I can learn a lot from you.
