I feel myself falling into a depressive rabbit hole again. I feel inadequate and useless. I know logically this isn't the case but it still feels this way. I can't seem to feel happiness when I know I should. Not really a question just feeling lost and trapped in my mind.

      I’ve felt like that off and on throughout my life. It’s quite hard and can be really discouraging. The best advice I can give you is to get a good psychiatrist. Their focus is helping to feel your best on your meds. You most likely need to be on a higher dose or need to let a psychiatrist help you find the right medication. I wish someone would have to me years ago to get a good psychiatrist. It’s been life changing.

      Pop a positive! Think of a positive thought and let that take you somewhere. Like i see that your capable of recognizing your feelings, be happy that you know that and aren't just ghosting around. You know how you can feel so how do you want to feel? (This is what I do a lot to shut down my negatives, hope it helps.)

      Hey I’m feeling the same way. I’m objectively making positive changes in my life—maintaining great friendships, being a part of my community, getting back into college courses soon, trying to sell my art, I came out and started hrt. And despite all of that, I still feel self critical and I don’t enjoy any of my “passions”. I know I should be happy but somehow I still feel hopeless

      I’m sorry that you feel like that. Has anything changed in your life lately? Have you Changed your medication? Workplace? Relationship? Try to figure out what triggers your feelings. Besides, try to fill your time with activities you love. It is always helpful…

      Hi kitten sorry that you feel like that. You are not alone🙌 its important you hang out with friends and family in a time like that. Its sounds like you are aware of yourself and that's so important! When I felt like I'm sinking I reached out to my doctor and started taking meds.

      I've told my support system where I'm at mentally. They are trying to help. It seems like the universe de ided to kick me in the teeth again. I can't seem to get a job. My health isn't the best and I feel inadequate at home because I can't do some of the stuff I need to at the moment. If it can go wrong, it is. And I feel myself breaking.

      these are times that its important to keep your support system close; spend time with friends and family and do things that you’re good at like even really easy things like coloring or brushing your dog

      During my tough times I would remind myself to just get through the next moment and find things that made me happy. Sometimes it was a YouTube video or tiktok. Whatever will bring a smile to your face will help.

      Honestly I've had depression since for over a decade now and cannabis is the best medicine.
