Can Melatonin Help with Sleeping Troubles?

Ibuprofen and melatonin assuming you aren't on anything that would be bad to mix with ibuprofen. I recommend seeing a doctor for sure.

It might help a bit, but you might have better luck with medical marijuana—I’ve been using a chocolate bar that is 1:1 THC and CBD and then smoking a small bit, and I’m getting asleep sooner and staying asleep more than I have in many many years. I already have a CPAP from a sleep specialist, and I’d tried practically everything else in addition to it—melatonin, prescription melatonin, zzzquil, essential oils, a sleep aid Rx from a psychiatrist, supplements, you name in. I was resistant to trying cannabis for a long time, but both myself and my mom have been getting better sleep with it, despite various pain issues. It’s of course not perfect, but it’s much better than the other stuff we’ve tried.

it works for me but id talk to my doctor about it as well

It hasn’t worked for me but it’s worth a shot as it’s fairly harmless (side effect wise)
