Hiding Behavior from Therapists and Loved Ones

Always. I have one or two people that I can tell anything to, but it's f***ed.. because I should be able to tell my family and stuff, but the level of understanding/compassion is pretty much non-existent. And I do a good enough job of making myself feel like s***, I don't really benefit from the reminders, especially when they're coming from the people I care about most.

I do, and I was forced into sobriety before I was ready, by my father...it was like how he forced me into every sport or skill He wanted me to do, my heart wasn't in it until I did it for myself.

I do, I never wanted anyone to know how bad it is.

I never hide anything. I’m one of those people who says what everyone else is afraid to say.

same here kendall. They always wanna tell me to stop but it feels more detrimental than if i were just supported while figuring it out.

I do, im always afraid ill be forced to stop before im ready. It’s probably not a great idea, especially when going on unrelated meds
