Feeling Drained: Living with Chrons Disease

Oh yeah, Crohn's can make me feel drained, guilty, unmotivated, and I hate it. I try hard to soothe with music, or media (audio books, podcasts) to lift myself, and I try to do one thing for myself a day. I don't always succeed but I try, and thats something lol

Caffeine is the Devil. It makes me feel okay, but leaves me feeling weak and tired. I’ve found during flares drinking warm mint or lavender tea with honey helps. I also learned to avoid citrus like lemon in the tea. I hope you feel better soon and feel free to dm me. ❤️

Yes honestly, I’m having a bad flare up right now and I’m completely just torn of everything. All I feel is tired
