Severe cramping so bad I double over and cry and use the bathroom at least 2ce when I eat. I have become afraid to eat. Everything got 10x worse after I had my gallbladder removed and I have started to regret the surgery.

What is the FODMAP diet?
Have they discussed post-cholecystectomy syndrome aka bile acid or bile salt diarrhea? Without a gall bladder there is no vessel holding bile any longer. Bile will continuously drip into the GI and bile is a laxative. This can be addressed with a medication called cholestyramine powder (Prevalite, Questran).
@CoffeeAndDogs Never been mentioned.
@EmilyG I know about the whole bile and junk but that condition was never mentioned.
If it’s IBS Try the low FODMAP diet It got me back to feeling normal and I could start integrating various foods back into my diet without too much issue
@Jebender I'll give it a try. Thank you.
You might see a dr. You could have fibroid, cysts. Sometimes birth control can help.
@Rissaroo32 No insurance for the doctor but hoping to get it soon.
