I try to avoid people and I sleep as much as possible. Probably not the best solve but it beats the alternative sometimes
I go to my counseling appointments and increase them if possible. I take my meds, lean into my feelings with music that matches my mood or sometimes uplifting positive music. I see my daughter as often as possible because she makes me smile and feel love. I try to be mindful. I remember that I've been through hard times before and came through the other side so I will do it again. I give myself grace and forgiveness and do the best I can for my self every day, every hour, every minute.
That's a good question i wish i had the answer I'm still dealing with it i try to call someone positive or do something fun and uplifting
Of course, going to therapy is a good idea. I need to go back. I listen to music. I talk to my husband about it. He's my main supporter.
