Seeking Advice for Undiagnosed Symptoms

hey. I am unsure of who will match. I will start off by opening up. I am diagnosed with anxiety, ADD, pituitary adenoma (type of brain tumor). Growing up there was very present physical limitations. Now I am going through new symptoms like inflammation in the trapezius. So far, I have taking CT scans, MRI and an ultrasound. all came back negative. There is a lump in my neck, that gets bigger and bigger each time a flare up happens. The symptoms only affects my left side, since there isn't a diagnosis, doctors are referring me back and fourth to each other.
