Ive only had one grand mal seizure before being diagnosed with epilepsy and put on Keppra. Been taking it for a year now and dont feel any different. Havent experienced any seizures either. Not sure if I should even be taking medication at this point.

I started keppra back in December, and have also been seizure free, id stay on it, I was taken off a previous meds in the hospital for 4 days and once it was out of my system I had 3 seizures. Unless told by a doctor I’d stay on it.

@Eliana_B I've been on the Keppra before and it made me really moody ig you could say. I'd be careful with it and with different types of meds you have with it in case your put on more.

You most likely haven't had any seizures because of the Keppra. When you were diagnosed, had they done EEGs and MRIs to confirm the diagnosis or just throw you on the Keppra?
