I write everything down and I put a lot of it in my calendar. I was going to therapy but not atm. Waiting for my healthcare, I started a new job.

Exercise consistently. Eat and hydrate too.
I use alarms, list and good discipline. Not for the feint of heart. I haven’t taken meds since I was 9

I do LOTS of lists. Body doubling to accomplish things. Therapy for coping skills

@Mad.Hatter seconding making lists. helps keep everything in order. I am also in therapy. I also make use of my reminders app and calendar app on my phone a lot. I also just tend to buy things that can make my life a bit easier, youtube “adhd friendly home”
