I just woke up from my sleep. Instantly I think there is a reason for it. So I start scanning my body to see what hurts and what it could possibly be. I'm now sitting here 3:47am thinking I must be taking a heart attack š (I've had my heart checked so many times, why can't I stop this fear?) (back story my dad passed from a heart attack...could that be constantly on my mind?) I want to feel free of this constant fear!
