How much sleep do you get?

I'm up now. Been up since 3a. Do you guys go through this.

Not enough! 4-7 hours IF I'm lucky enough, but usually it's more like 2-3 hours. I work overnights and then during the day I'm trying to play catch up with all my errands. I got one hour of sleep today and my body is hating me for it.

Sometimes 8pm to 2am but other times 8pm to 7am it just depends for me

I get usually 5-7 hrs of uninterrupted sleep, but once I wake up I can't go back to sleep because I wake up think of stuff and can't shit my brain back down. I live in Alaska and the sun rises earlier and earlier every day. I used to get up between 6 and 7am during the winter, but now I'm waking up between 4:30-5:30am. The sun is not my friend.

Depends on the day. Some days I go a couple days without sleep. Others I sleep fine. Some I fall asleep at a decent time and sleep through the night and most of the next day. But most nights are choppy and I sleep in a couple hour groups.
