Quick update if anyone is curious. So that high on life feeling is totally gone. I'm still trying to let myself feel emotions, but overall it's just a numb feeling. Trying to draw but motivation to do anything is low. I feel like I'm back at square one no matter how hard I try

@VaporEX I’m glad to hear you figured out you are in burnouts with frequent meltdowns happening. Being aware of what’s going on is helpful. Being alone during burnouts helps me as others aggravate it not knowing how to best interact with me and can cause new meltdowns too easily by even just saying the wrong thing. I find others too irritating when Im burntout in streams of meltdowns even though I know at times good company can help cheer me up or even pull me out somewhere that will eventually cheer me up. Sounds like its time to get under your turtle shell and do positive reinforcement activities.

Need to find your happy place and recharge. Sounds like a mild meltdown and could be drowning in repetitive thoughts that are making you feel that way. Video games or playing guitar seem to help me get out of that.
@LaserBrad well a few days I had a massive meltdown which I'm still recovering from. I just feel like I should just keep pushing through but I know that will only worsen the burnout.
Praying, find a peaceful room , meditate speak to God turn yourself over to him completely and trust , it’s a process but believe it works , after praying each day I do 25 Push up and 10 Squats sets of 5 , I don’t know what your actual situation is and what you are dealing with but God is the answer.

@Maximillan thanks for the advice, I'm not a religious kind of person but thank you for the sentiment
