hi, I've had a stroke, back in May 2022. I'm I the UK. I'm finding recovery slow and frustrating

Depression

Anxiety (Including GAD)

Intracranial Hemorrhage

Bed Side Rails

Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA)

I had mine in March 2022. I've been lucky enough to have no cognitive or mobility issues. My only lingering problem at this time is major depression and anxiety that I'm still having no luck finding a good treatment for.
