Have you tried going to your school nurse or student health services? The reply that talks about accommodations for mental health is totally correct. The people who run your school really do care about you - if you're feeling so much academic pressure that you're considering suicide they will ABSOLUTELY listen to you and help you any way they can. I work at a university - some profs can be tough but they're morally and ethically obligated to give you a break and/or help you find help if you open up to them about how depressed and anxious you are. You just have to go to them. Start with your advisor or favorite instructor if you can't go to Student Health Services. Or call your parents and ask for their help, or call your regular doctor. Go to the ER if you have to - ketamine is an amazing treatment for severe depression, especially with suicidal ideation. You have options, you really do. Think of this as an emergency situation and treat it accordingly. Everything changes - this time of stress will pass if you can just get through the next small bit of time - breathe and ask for help from anyone and everyone and you WILL find it. Please message and let us know that you're ok.

Try seeing if your school has disability accommodations. My university has it for people with mental health issues that struggle with school work and I am in the process of getting that right now for next semester, they will notify all your teachers and give you time extensions on assignments and tests. Hope this helps! And if you have any questions, feel free to message me šŸ’•

You start by breathing. Literally, let yourself take in deep breaths alowly amd let them out slowly. Do counts if it helps. That will help calm ypu down. I prioritize my task/school work and do hardest first. That way I can feel the most accomplished AND have nothing that daunting left. If I can't finish it all, fine, it is just the less important stuff.

I am in the same situation. Iā€™m stressing with school so much right now and Iā€™m behind on work and only have a short time to get it all done and I feel suicidal too. We must fight for our happiness because we have loved ones who need us alive and life canā€™t be lived like this. We will find a way to be at peace, we canā€™t give up.
