I recently got diagnosed with hEDS after having chest pains and POTS post-COVID. I was wondering if anyone else has how the sensation that their lungs are numb? Like they can't feel themselves breathing? It's extremely uncomfortable and makes my anxiety worse. I always feel like I can't breathe!

Well I dont really feel when I breathe in my lungs, the feeling is more on the nose and trachea. It may be a nocebo effect? Or maybe your lungs are inflammed and need some rest but u could get a chest scan
