Hello, I've been feeling really depressed and suicidal lately. I know my period make me feel extra emotional on top of everything and Tw: I ended up harming myself again. I ended up talking me my therapist about it but I don't have any friends to talk to (not just about my issues but in general) I usually at home and alone a lot with really toxic roommates and pretty isolating. If anyone would like to chat it would be appreciated 💙
