today was a really hard day for my eating disorder (osfed). I am currently in recovery for my Ed and today I fell off my meal plan. I feel so horrible that I let myself do that. I sorta don't wanna be in recovery anymore. it's just so hard to keep going... any advice to keep me going?

this may be something you've heard a lot already, but recovery (and growth) isn't linear- there will be days when you're worse, but that's normal!! the fact that you have a meal plan to fall off of is progress and you're still doing so great!! it is hard, and it really sucks, but that means you get to be proud of yourself for even starting. this sort of thing takes motivation and focus and discipline, and all of those things will get easier the more you practice- so it won't be this hard forever. you're doing great & I believe in your ability to keep going 💛💛💛
