Has anyone heard of an immune boost vaccine?

I was at the doctor's today to be seen for what I believed to be an ear infection (which I was correct) and she mentioned there's like an immune boost vaccine. Have any of you heard of this?

      @MagickalRebel definitely! Autoimmune diseases. And it was said to me that I couldn’t do anything to help it get better. Hence this readiness to take this boost.

      Not actually. I would like to take the boost as my immune system is always down.

        @Gocon My curiosity is that my immune system is a part of my issue. So, I wondered if anyone else has had that and if so if they noticed a flare. I would imagine any one of us with immune system issues it could potentially create such a risk.
