      You can drink ginger ale. My aunt taught me that. Also pink hemilayen salt (I can't do this anymore. It makes me gag). One last thing that helps me is an eye pad from the freezer. I just leave it in there till I need it and it is frozen.

      Been there. Migraine in the works tonight. Hoping it goes away with sleep. Or ice to my head in the morning.

      I’m so sorry! Something that has helped me with awful migraine symptoms is actually Vicks vapor rub. I put some on my temples and cheek bones and it helps a lot

      Those are the worst, especially when they last multiple days. I always use an eye/head massager mask and hide in a dark bathtub 😥
