The only thing that has helped me so far is to express those feelings in a healthy way. This could be talking to someone, doing art, dancing, journaling, etc. After I've laid all of that out I like to try to watch positive videos or live streams to remind myself that there is more out there and slowly I jog myself out of an episode. This can take a while, and that's completely fine.
