It makes me constipated constantly. I take Miralax when it's bad, and I'm starting to take Metamucil once a day I heaping teaspoon, in the morning. My dietician told me to do that. Most of my stomach bloat comes from drinking too many liquids.

I get bad upper abdomen pain and bloating.

When u say bloating you mean pain in stomach

It doesn’t do anything for my stools. But I have flair ups less often and it helps with the bloating after meals.
