how do i avoid carbs? or, cut them down? i dont inherently need to lose weight, but i dont want to become diabetic, but my allergies make it hard to find healthier things to eat.

    One thing you could use is keto foods. My mom used to do it and it made it so she could still have treats like cookies and cakes but they didn't have the carbs. I dont do it myself but I know some of the foods are really good and may help you cut down without feeling like your missing out. Hope this helps or you find something that helps
