No Prozac doesn’t cause that. Their are other kinds if you are worried

honestly, i have no clue. if you're worried about the possibility of that happening you really need to bring it up with a doctor. however, personally speaking, ive been on prozac for a couple of years and my hallucinations, delusions, and paranoia has not increased and if anything they're much less vivid and real.
