One more thing! Going out in nature, even just leaving the house can help me a lot. Also, make sure you're drinking enough water. Eating enough is important too and can impact your anxiety negatively if you aren't eating enough, but if your anxiety is making your stomach feel not good enough to be able to eat anything, at least try to make sure you're drinking water.

@Crescent_Moon thanks for the tips! This often happens to me in the mornings around like 10 when I’m eat work I’m going to try eating some fruit or something before I go and see if it makes any difference 😃
@Jaqueiswacky do you usually eat before you go to work? Oh also, there are some foods that help calm anxiety btw. Yogurt is one of them and is usually my go to in the morning.
Oh and also like @unicornlady90 mentioned about buspar (buspirone); I started taking that in the beginning of this year and it has helped me greatly
I used to experience this more several years back when I was going through pretty consistent socially/emotionally traumatic experiences for me. For me it helped to learn which places helped me feel more at ease. And also just different sensory things. Many things can either positively/negatively impact ones struggle with anxiety, like smells, sights, touch, etc. Good smells, like from a candle or incense have helped me, goin somewhere whether in person or in my mind that's my happy place can help, and also a nice walk or some form of exercise. It doesn't need to be a super intense go to the gym type of thing, just make sure you're not always sitting still. It's important to find a place to put your anxious energy for coping, whether that be music, art, etc. Feel free to dm me if you would like any more help :)
@Crescent_Moon wow thanks so much for the advice! I’ll give some of these a try :)
Are you medicated for your anxiety? I used to struggle with nausea and vomiting because of anxiety when I was younger. If you're not medicated, you can ask your doctor for buspar. For me, it was a miracle pill. It's fast acting too. Also, its non-narcotic and not habit forming, so your regular doctor can prescribe it for you. In the mean time though, if you can't get Zofran or somwthing to help with that symptom, ginger is known to help with nausea. They have it in a lot of different forms. Candied ginger, ginger chews, ginger candy, ginger tea. It may be helpful for you. Feel free to dm me if you need. I'd be happy to tell you more of what's helped me in the past.
yup, and it makes me lose my appetite
Hi! Sometimes I gently waft the smell of rubbing alcohol towards my nose (NEVER sniff it.) and it helps with my nausea.
@MarisolLuna I’ll give it a try! Thank you :)
I do especially here recently it's been nearly everytime! If I start to just think scenarios in my head of what ifs, the nausea hits me like a train. I used to take Zofran for it but haven't lately.
