Feeling Lost and Anxious

Today, I felt like I had zero energy. Mostly because I am lost on what to do. Sometimes I think I do maybe know what to do. But I have anxiety about doing anything. And even small things I feel like if I screw up, I will die or something horrible will happen from it. It’s ridiculous, but I can’t logically suppress the anxiety and fear that comes with it. It’s like an irrational fear of the dark. You may know nothing is in the dark but you still feel the fear. But in this case it’s anxiety that you know is not reasonable, but you can’t shake it anyway.
