I’m not sure what the outcome is going to be… I’m suffering so bad. I can’t eat or sleep. My mind races all day and all night. I’m losing myself !

      You are not alone. Don't give up. Just reaching out is a great step. I can relate to the mind racing, causes me anxiety. I find focusing on breathing can help, but it's not easy. Prayer also helps me Sometimes I just lay down with my open bible, put my hand on it, and command Satan to get away from me. In my experience peace comes from God. My daily (sometimes minutely) mantra.... I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
