Looking for Therapy: Where Do I Begin?

Okay would you like to see them in person or over video call? My counselor I saw in person once and then had to see her through video after moving. I say this because some therapists/counselors require a first in-person appointment and then you can choose how you want to further it. Counseling through calling on the phone is also a option. (I think that part you'd work out with your therapist since online therapy starts on video.) I chose voice calling because I felt it was uncomfortable seeing myself on camera.
