For us it was a relief. We felt like we were losing grip on reality but then we were diagnosed and it told us that everything we were going through and feeling we're valid. That we weren't crazy we were just different.
Finally getting a diagnosis was so validating. I (host) went for years with little hints here and there, and then post-pandemic is when my headmates actually started to clue me in on whatās up. It took a long time before we talked to our therapist about it, but therapy has helped us a lot. And now that weāre diagnosed we have the tools to improve communication and operate better overall

Howdy folks!
How do you feel now that you've been diagnosed?
We've been relieved but also now we have to kinda admit there's a problem š
