Anyone have pvcs all the time? Ugggg I hate them. Been to cardiologist. I’m ok. But they don’t feel normal. It causes me panic. It’s a pause in my heart I feel every one of them. Really messing with quality of my life. I have been to two general drs. Two cardiologist. They say no worries. But I panic. I bet them every 3 4 brats then 12 beats then 20 beats. I have tried magnesium metetoperole Xanax L cartine Co q 10 massage breathing tapping hypnotherapy. They are back to stay I feel. Anyone have these. I could use a pep talk.

Sadly I have the same issue my cardiologist didn't help me either just gave me beta blockers which made my other conditions worsen so I try living with it. It's super scary and I pushed for a heart monitor they still didn't do much about it but if you think yours is bad enough I will reccomend pushing for a heart monitor because my palpitations might have been a underlying symptom for pots I'm gonna get tested for it soon. Goodluck i hope things get better soon

If you have them often enough or they are effecting your quality of life the doctors should prescribe you something for them. Request a heart monitor or buy the wellue holter monitor off Amazon and capture your own recordings (this is what I did). I hope you feel better soon 🫶

How many sessions of hypnotherapy did you do and did it help at all? Apparently there is a small portion of the population that it’s very hard to actually hypnotize.

One user mentioned that they used to have PVCs every other beat 24/7 but managed to reduce their frequency by changing their diet, staying away from caffeine, eating small meals, and drinking a lot of water. Another user shared that treating their stress and anxiety helped in reducing the frequency of PVCs. It's important to remember that doctors have deemed them harmless, but it's always good to be aware of your body and seek medical advice if needed.
