I’m really struggling right now. I have seasonal depression and I’m so stressed. I’m not sure how I’m going to pay everything this month and complete schoolwork. Any tips on distressing with severe stress?

      I have the same problem. Maybe try and see if part of your stress is a congnative distortion? Meditating for even 5 minutes can really change your perception. Or follow the 4,7,8 breathing method
