Gabapentin has been a life charger for me. Tizanidine has helped me a lot too. Heat will become your best friend. Blue-emu never cream is amazing.

Tried gabapentin, Celebrex, muscle relaxers, and migraine meds. Eventually all stop working after a few weeks or just don’t help enough of my symptoms to be worthwhile. I have my medical marijuana card and that’s been the biggest help for me! And combining BOTH thc with cbd is really important!!!!
Higher than normal amounts of Magnesium. Even after surgeries I only have a day or two of a mild flare. I wish I could use medical marijuana, but I'm severely allergic. Even to CBD.
