Sick and Tired of Constipation Pain

bruh im in so much pain right now I’ve been sick for a few days (sore throat, negative strep flu and COVID rapid test) and I was JUST starting to feel better when my fucking constipation. I haven’t shat since sunday (currently friday) but I wasn’t in any pain so I didn’t think much of it but as soon as I felt the need to shit I’ve been in pain ever since. it’s this gnawing guttural thing in my stomach and back and it won’t stop. i literally shat but there’s probably more and it’s eating away at me. this happens so often I should be numb to it but I never am. I’m sick and tired literally and metaphorically. what did I do to deserve this, ever since childhood it’s been here like the only constant I have. i want to be done. i hate everything. I wish more than anything to get help and for it to be over but it never will be. what the fuck
