I get so frustrated when I keep getting told that my symptoms are anxiety-induced. I have horrendous dizzy spells, numbness, cramping, and tingling in my arms and legs, blurry vision, palpitations, forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating, random hives and more. I've had my heart and brain checked. Does anyone else get these symptoms every single day?
Have you had your gut checked !? I had a bunch of crazy symptoms and for 15 years was told it was just my anxiety but it wasn’t !! My gut was all messed up. Sibo (small intestinal bacterial over growth) Candida and leaky gut syndrome. Took a few years but with supplements and diet change we healed all three. Good luck !
I would encourage you to go to a naturopath and get tested for your own food sensitivities. I did this and was able to build a custom diet to help with my leaky gut. It was a big investment, but totally worth it. No one's gut issues are the same as someone else's, and getting custom analysis really changed the game for me. I hope you find the solution and get to the underlying cause - I know this is difficult.
Wow I have allllllll of the same things. Especially the dizziness, palpatations, my toes always go numb (?), hives on my legs, and I’m soooo forgetful. And my stomach always hurts. But I’m always told it’s anxiety 🥲 I don’t understand
all of those *can* be anxiety induced.
how healthy you are can have significant effect on how easily you experience them as well as how strongly
I get the rashes.. it's called neurodermatitis.
be aware that anxiety will cause you to unconsciously tense your body, even in your sleep, which can result in numbness and soreness, cramping, tension headaches, and etc as you body is not actually getting rest.
I've had regular tension headaches for almost 20 years because of anxiety and it's affect on my ability to let my body relax and regenerate.
I recently have had issues with dizziness and some palpitations. Look into Vestibular disorders maybe! But anxiety CAN do crazy things to your body. I'm still trying to figure out what my body is telling me. And gut health is SUPER important too. I hope you find relief soon!
Yes to everything champagnevixen said !! I followed an lowfodmap / aip (auto-immune paleo) diet but I’m also basically vegan and VERY picky and allergic (or intolerant or sensitive ugh) to everything so I was just eating rice and veggies and fruits all organic gluten free and strictly followed that for 3-4 years straight. Naturopathic /functional medicine doctors are where i found actual help.
I have experienced all of these just been told its anxiety and panic attacks. Been scared to have my brain checked had my heart checked after a panic attack and blood (maybe for only certain things) and urine. They told did it because I kept telling them it needs to be done im a lab science student and i know how important and useful lab work is. Havent looked too much into gut related issues but had GERD in the past and gastritis but prior to all these anxiety based symptoms.
