Feeling overwhelmed and need to escape

I often imagine myself as a rock. Just a nice decent sized rock sitting in my bed. No feelings just rock. That's the life.

Yeah, its like the feeling of being awake just after a dream or beginning to drift off inti a dream, still able to dream and not know its a dream but having the awareness of the world around you. Not lucid dreaming though. Its hard to explain but that's what I want. No pain, anxiety, just dreams and emptyness
