Once upon a time weed actually helped me read again. It doesn’t do that at this time of my life anymore though. Also what Carter._.16 said! Surprising yourself gives you adrenaline and forces your mind to pay closer attention, but there are other times where anxiety might be the reason for the brain fog, so make sure you find something that’s new, fresh, and also calming! It helped me a lot over the years to notice when the brain fog started to come back. I’d write it down. Say, “when this person started talking to me, I got foggy.” And “I lasted about 5 minutes, started up again when I watched the ground as I walked”. That made a difference.

If you have adhd I heard deadlines are helpful, too. When you’re under pressure apparently it helps some people focus a lot better. Keep us updated!

Honestly I have no idea. Sometimes, doing something that you don't normally do in your day to day life can help. Basically just getting out and doing something to "wake" your brain up. I hope you can find something that helps tho, because brain fog sucks 😕
