Help! I can't control my gas

I’ve been having absolutely awful gas. Its frequent, uncontrollable, and occasionally intense. I can’t even go out anymore or meet people, old or new. Does anyone have any advice? I really need it…

      I have crippling trapped gas most days...gas x does nothing for me. I haven't been able to pin point any trigger foods. I honestly think my nerves in my digestive system are just so overly sensitive that anything sets it off

        @Alicia4475 I have a lead that the problem is caused by the involuntary weakening or contracting of muscles in the gut, since i also have muscle related issues in my neck. I hope that helps some.

          @Stephensaurs funny you say that because I've been having more muscle issues in my neck and shoulders recently. The muscle pain hurts so bad sometimes, feels like a pinched nerve
