Today is a really REALLY sad day for me.. makes me idk. I don’t want to be jealous of people with dads but idk. I just don’t know anything right now but I haven’t left my bed all day except to work out.

Lol. I still can't make myself work put that is a wonderful accomplishment when you are down. And your not alone with those feelings. I don't have parents or any family. It's just me and my daughter. Also I lost everyone important to me around Thanksgiving and Christmas. You just have to remember everything that you are thankful for and remember it does get easier and you will pull through.
Remember to give yourself credit for what you DID. You may not have been fully functional, but you DID work out today; that's an accomplishment.
