Recently I’ve been nauseous from not eating. Now, I don’t have an eating disorder. Last weekend I had some stomach issues and my mind is still on that. I know it’s because I’m hungry because when I eat something I feel better. Does anyone have any tips on getting out of my own head?

Zofran worked best for me. Scopolamine patches were also good. I haven't had anything OTC work as well. Taking dramamime or fisherman's friends works for Many but not me

One suggestion is to try eating small, bland meals or snacks when you're feeling nauseous. Some examples include applesauce, rice cakes, dry cereal, or smoothies. Gradually reintroduce more variety into your diet as you become more comfortable with eating again. Additionally, consider talking to a doctor or mental health professional for guidance on overcoming the mental barriers associated with eating.
