I’m just not oki anymore. I’m always angry. This morning I had a anger episode. I’m just always angry all the time. I quit my job. My anxiety just makes me so angry.

I feel you.. I’m always angry too. I can’t go outside without feeling angry at the world. I hate driving, especially with all of these damn people driving like idiots. And I almost quit the other day too. So I get it…

Oh yup, I get this. I have struggled with anger for years. There are some times where you just need to get up and walk away and spend some time alone if you can. If there's a friend around, you can ask them if it's okay to rant. Always keep your notes app handy or something in case you need to get out some not-so-nice thoughts. Take care of yourself and don't let yourself be around people who think making you angry is funny or not a big deal.

@sillyashell yeah till the person you walked away (a parent in this case) from to not burst out at, accuses you of giving them the silent treatment like their parent did to them growing up (because that person is a narc). Then I explode and yell-explain that me being silent and not yell and be angry at them and thus get in trouble for yelling or being angry still leads me to be in trouble because I chose to shut down instead and not communicate. So I get in trouble either way...still at 30.

@InsidiousAnomaly Yeah, part of why I specified to not be around people who show disrespect. I've gone no contact with family members who make me angry and treat me terribly when they're angry. Wish you luck on getting away from that.

find out your root of the “why”. Why are you angry these times? and then take each why and do something about it like idk cutting off people who dont benefit you, leave a relationship that doesnt make you feel loved, do more things for yourself, do more healthy stimming, research more… etc.! These things helped me greatly. I let people fall out of my life and it was a relief, i researched on dating and setting high standards as a woman and dated and found my current bf, i gym/workout every week, i make sure i game enough every week too, and i dont go out to places i dont care to go to, i buy what i want because i like to shop. and i have an emotional support chihuahuah now too.

@StrawberryMilk dont get me wrong, i get angry too, irritated, everything. but theres more better days/times when i make sure to take care of myself and put myself first and love myself the most.
