There’s so many little things in the world to be happy for. Cats purring to comfort you, the unconditional love from a dog, pillow forts/blanket pallets on a rainy evening, fresh sheets, nostalgia, maybe a nap after a day at the beach or something really tiring, the people that love you and people you love, etc 🥺♥️ ghibli movies are really good at making you kinda feel this happiness and it depicts beautifully appreciating the little things in life

i know it is so hard to do simple things such as getting out of bed or taking a shower, but you got this!! i know this is cliche but just know that it won’t always be this way. think of some pleasant activities you can do that can help you to get out of bed. for example, painting, going on a date (even if it’s just you), going for a walk, going outside & observing everything around you, hanging out with friends, etc. things like these motivate me to get out of bed & do something somewhat productive!

I push my feelings down as far down as i can, force a smile and continue to tell myself that I am ok.
