Does anyone have advice for looking more approachable? I really want to make friends at school but I feel so anxious and awkward in class and I feel like I look like I don’t want to be talked to lol

Yeah in high school I felt the same way. I started looking into fashion and trends. And quickly found a hobby in it. Sure people would come up to me and tell me my outfit was cute or I looked great. But I still had a hard time talking to people and forming freidnships. Developing social confidence can be a long journey but it's worth it. Although if you want to develop some confidence through your clothes I'd be happy to help you figure your style out! Just shoot me a message. 🤗

I know this is the most cliché thing to say, but be you. It’s very important. You don’t want to go to school being someone else because it’ll make you exhausted in the end. If people don’t like for you that’s their problem! I also suggest good posture, taking a shower everyday, and deodorant. People will love you! :) 💕 Good luck! 👍

Honestly for me, masks have been a god send because I have a serious case of RBF. But do make it a habit to do a small (unforced) smile when you see someone, that way it becomes instinctual when you do look up or glance at someone. Always look and smell clean. Have a pack of gum. Befriend the extrovert (opposites sometimes really do attract and help force you to meet others).
