I have PTSD from some early childhood trauma and have a lot of triggers, lately I’ve been struggling with mental health and lately even the smallest things can trigger a ptsd episode or panic attack. I have never had a huge problem with this before like, I would get the attacks but it was a two times a year kind of thing but last week I had two within three days. Is there a way I can manage it better? Both of these happened in school and I don’t want to keep having them in school. Is there a way to help this?

i don't know how to stop them from happening, but maybe you can lessen the effects? look into some grounding techniques and try to distract yourself with anything you can. remind yourself that you are safe and will not be hurt, despite your brain saying otherwise
