I am currently taking trazadone 100 mg and prazocin 5 mg for sleep. Within the past six months I have been waking up at least once per night and I’m unable to go back to sleep for one to two hours. I’ve tried camomile tea with lavender, reading, and just laying there till I fall back to sleep. I have an appointment with my clinician next week and I’m going to bring it up to him again. Is there anything else I can try? How do I get my clinician to listen to me and put me back on 150 mg of trazadone? Thank you for responding to my post!
