Feeling Inadequate in a Relationship Due to Seizures

I feel quite the same. I don’t feel like I can concentrate on another human being right now when dealing with my seizures

Yeah it's hard for me to even want to be in a relationship now days. It makes me feel like a nuisance to the person I like. Too many people have broke my heart because I have epilepsy and they don't want deal with it but I don't blame them I never did either. These are the cards life has dealt me, you, and everyone else who has epilepsy or seizures.

Honestly yes. I’ll have partial seizures (my grand mal seizures are thankfully controlled) and she will stare at me and be like “what’s wrong?” While I crash into oblivion. She seems to think I’m getting sad or something when I just have lost all ability to process anything around me
