Hi there. I’m trying to connect with people with chronic pain issues. Have basically tried everything and need more input from anyone who understands what it’s like to be in pain 24/7! Thank you! Kwiat

In my experience it’s a roller coaster. I have days that I feel good. When I say that my pain level is a 5. On bad days when my pain level is 7-9 I have to ice my back, take my pain medicine, and REST. I find for me the more I stay on a routine and listen to my body the better I feel. Pain is always there but I have learned to pay attention to when I need to rest for awhile then move again. Movement is key for me in controlling how I feel. Stretches and small walks are good daily for me. I have fewer days now of staying on the couch or in bed. My nerve pain can hit out of the blue so I always have pain meds on me! I’m sorry you’re dealing with chronic pain.
