    A good brand of food that has a lot of protein in it is chunky soup, I used to eat that when I wasn't feeling up to it to eat anything else

    Nutrient dense smoothies have been helpful for me getting in enough calories. I would skip protein powders as most are overprocessed. Nut butters and full fat yogurts or milks are great additions as well as hemp hearts
