I’ve been struggling with having no appetite because of my anxiety for a long time and I keep losing weight. Any tips?

      Nutrient dense smoothies have been helpful for me getting in enough calories. I would skip protein powders as most are overprocessed. Nut butters and full fat yogurts or milks are great additions as well as hemp hearts

      A good brand of food that has a lot of protein in it is chunky soup, I used to eat that when I wasn't feeling up to it to eat anything else

      I try to supplement with protein shakes or a smoothie when I am too anxious to eat anything else. I try to make up lost calories by eating higher calorie food when possible

      Weed is one of the only things that help with my appetite. Small things like crackers and toast if I can’t handle anything else.
