Does anyone have bad anxiety about visiting another state (by yourself)? I’m seeing someone who lives a few states from me and he wants me to visit but I can’t shake the anxiety of going. I can’t sleep well unless it’s my own bed etc. Really need some encouragement :(
I have the same thing I don’t sleep well unless I am in my own bed. I have to take sleep aids if I’m out of town or not but that helps. Also I don’t know if you have one but making a plan of what you are going to do, or want to do may be helpful. That way you have things to look forward to and think about.
