Have you tried a lower dose? It helped me… now I do 25mg morning & afternoon and do 75mg at bedtime so the side effects actually help me sleep. The withdrawals are ridiculous!
I’m on 50mg 3x a day, I take it for Nerve pain, I can’t go up because it interferes with my migraine medicine and causes me to get migraines I have no side effects
